4.0 /5 Overall score
average of 5 criteria
  • Spec strength3.0

Holder only: 0 W charging vs 15 W on the Velox Mini Qi2 and Belkin; arm reach (4.5–6.75 in) is slightly shorter than the Velox Mini Qi2 (4–7 in).

  • Build quality4.0

Lever-lock suction cup plus a sticky dashboard pad; 2-year warranty matches iOttie's wireless models, but no metal parts or IP rating are published.

  • Fit & compatibility4.5

Cradle takes any phone with a case — no MagSafe/Qi2 ring needed, unlike the 4 magnetic mounts in this group; the trade-off is no vent option.

  • Warranty & support4.0

2 years, same as Belkin and the Velox Mini Qi2, vs. 'hassle-free' with no stated term on the Lamicall; US support via iottie.com.

  • Value4.5

At $24.95 list it is the cheapest branded dash/windshield mount here — a third of the Velox Mini Qi2 ($59.95) — if you don't need charging.

Score is calculated from the manufacturer's published specifications. BaniCar has not handled this unit. Specs and availability change — verify on the listing.

Verdict

Buy it if you want a cheap, case-friendly cradle for the dash or windshield and you charge by cable (or use CarPlay). Skip it if you want magnetic snap-on or wireless charging — the Velox Mini Qi2 does both for $35 more.

Pros & cons

Pros

  • Works with any phone or case — no magnets or adapter rings required
  • One-touch lock/release and a magnetic cord tab make it a true one-hand mount
  • Lowest list price in this group with a 2-year warranty

Cons

  • No wireless charging; you still run a cable to the phone
  • Suction mount only — nothing for air vents, and leather/soft-touch dashes need the adhesive pad
  • iOttie does not publish a phone-width range, so very wide folding phones are a gamble

Best for

  • Commuters who use CarPlay/Android Auto and only need a holder
  • Drivers with non-MagSafe Android phones
  • Anyone who swaps between several phones or thick cases

Frequently asked questions

Does the Easy One Touch 5 fit an iPhone 17 Pro Max in a case?

iOttie states the cradle and adjustable foot fit large and extra-large phones with cases, but it does not publish a maximum width. Pro Max-size phones in slim cases are the intended use; very thick rugged cases may be a tight fit.

Will it stick to a textured or leather dashboard?

The suction cup is made for glass and smooth dashes. For textured dashes iOttie supplies an adhesive dashboard pad; on leather, iOttie recommends windshield mounting instead.

Is this the same product as the 'Easy One Touch Signature' listing on Amazon?
