3.4 /5 Overall score
average of 5 criteria
  • Spec strength3.0

0 W charging vs 15 W on the Belkin and Velox Mini Qi2; it does publish a 4.4 lb magnetic hold rating, which iOttie and Belkin do not.

  • Build quality3.5

Metal vent hook and locking mechanism are a step up from plastic clips, but the body is plastic and no weight is published.

  • Fit & compatibility3.5

MagSafe/magnetic phones only and blade vents only — no round vents, no dash option; the Easy One Touch 5 takes any phone.

  • Warranty & support2.5

Warranty term is not stated ('hassle-free' + 30-day money-back) vs a clear 2 years on iOttie and Belkin.

  • Value4.5

$24.99 list — same money as the Easy One Touch 5 — for a magnetic snap-on holder; a quarter of the Peak Design.

Score is calculated from the manufacturer's published specifications. BaniCar has not handled this unit. Specs and availability change — verify on the listing.

Verdict

A cheap, strong magnetic holder for drivers who already charge by cable or just need navigation in view. Skip it if you want wireless charging or your car has round or hidden vents.

Frequently asked questions

Will it hold an iPhone 17 Pro Max in a MagSafe case on bumpy roads?

Lamicall rates the 20-magnet array to hold up to 4.4 lb, several times a Pro Max's weight, as long as the case has a MagSafe ring. Non-magnetic cases will slide off.

Does it fit Tesla vents or round vents?

No. Lamicall and its retail listing specify horizontal/vertical blade vents only and exclude round vents; Teslas have no exposed vent blades.

Can I use it with a Galaxy or Pixel?

Only with a magnetic (Qi2/MagSafe-style) case or a stick-on metal ring. Lamicall says the ring does not interfere with wireless charging, but the mount itself does not charge.
